Birda Mae's Recipe Corner: Bow Tie Pasta Seafood Salad

                               3 pounds of uncooked bow tie pasta salad
                               1 1/2 pound of imitation crab meat  chopped
                              1 pound frozen cooked shrimp (salad size) thawed
                              4 pounds celery rib chopped
                             1 medium green bell pepper diced
                             4 cups of mayo
                              1/4 cup of dill pickle relish
                             1/4 cup  of dijon mustard
                              1 Tablespoon dill weed
                              3/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions,drain and rinse in cold water
Place in large bowl
add the crab,shrimp,celery, onion, and green pepper

In another bowl whisk the mayo ,pickle relish,mustard,salt,dill and pepper.   Pour over pasta mixture and toss
to coat,cover and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before.
Got this from  I can tell this will be on the permanent menu

My fondest memoreis in my life are the ones at my grandmother's table.I loved not only the warm,velvety ,slightly sweet 7-up cake, but the affirmation that I was loved. What started out as a creative outlet and a place to honor her loving,generous spirit has evolved into a food blog where I can blather on about recipes, food trends, and basically any food related topic that foodies would like, get the idea. I am sure my family and anyone I've been friendly with for more than 2 minutes will breathe a collective sigh of relief, since I don't have to dump my food conversations on them all the time.
